How many tines have you wondered which baking pans are interchangeable? I certainly have and I have just usually guessed. Recently I came across this little chart which I got with an offer in the mail from good old Martha Stewart. She usually knows her stuff and this is the first time I have ever seen such a chart so I thought I would give her full credit and share with you as well!
10" x 3 1/2" Bundt pan = two 8" x 2" rounds.
Standard 12 cup muffin tin = 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" loaf pan or
9" x 1 1/2" round pan or
8" x 8" x 1 1/2" square pan.
10" x 2" Round pan = 9" x 9" x 2" square pan.
9" x 2" Round pan = two 8" x 1 1/2" rounds or
10" x 15" x 1" jelly roll pan or
8" x 8" x 2" square pan.
Hope you find this tidbit helpful.. I did. dkc
