July is National Ice Cream Month........Enjoy!

Strawberry sorbet topped with vanilla ice cream topped with blueberry sorbet.
So easy and so delicious and who wants to turn on the oven on a hot day.  Plus once you have it made up ice creams and sorbets they stay fresh sealed in the freezer and no one is the wiser as to when you, "went to all that trouble."

Children love ice cream served up in these old fountain dishes.
I love these old ice cream parlor dishes stacked with the red, white, and blue.  Here are the links for the recipes:     thehiddenpantry.blogspot.com/2014/04/vanilla-vanilla-ice-cream.html     and      thehiddenpantry.blogspot.com/2014/07/sorbets-red-white-and-blue-frozen.html

I see more colors and flavors in our future.
The American flag and the flavors used can be as varied as the fruits you use and your imagination.  I am convinced this little ice cream churn was a very good investment!
